I was fortunate to work closely with Katie during a complex SAP SF implementation, both as a team member and as an internal client. Katie served as the Change Management Lead across two organizations, each requiring significant customization due to very different cultures and SOPs. I represented one of those organizations as a Change Management and Training Specialist, which gave me a front-row seat to Katie’s work.

Her empathy, respect, and calm presence opened minds and created opportunities for people to sponsor, lead, and contribute – even when timelines were tight and tensions were high. I was sometimes the person pushing back (knowing “too much” about what wouldn’t work), so I’ve seen firsthand how Katie’s optimism, credibility, and charisma make even the toughest conversations productive and respectful.

One additional quality that truly stands out is Katie’s curiosity and commitment to learning. Her eagerness to explore new technical tools and solutions in service of organizational transformation is impressive and rare.
