My approach to change is built on 15 years of change management consulting experience.

I use the leading change management models (PROSCI – ADKAR, CAP, Vision to Value, John Kotter, Certified Change Management Professionals).

Human-centred change

The first step in my process is to establish a comprehensive framework for assessing organizational readiness.

This framework maps the specific technical and behavioural shifts required for a successful transition.

By establishing clear governance and visualizing the stakeholder journey, the strategy ensures that change interventions are data-driven, well-structured, and centred on the people most affected.

I use a mix of clear visuals and various communication styles to help local leaders champion the change within their teams. My method focuses on hands-on practice and quick digital lessons to build skills, while using short surveys to track how ready people are and if the new habits are sticking.
