My change approach uses a mix of clear visuals and various communication styles to help a group of local leaders champion the change within their teams. It focuses on hands-on practice and quick digital lessons to build skills, while using short surveys to track how ready people are, and if the new habits are sticking.
Engaging audiences
- Multiple communication methods to convey the messages in various ways to meaningfully reach all audiences
- Professional look and feel with graphics and imagery that convey simple and high impact messages
- Change Coalition: Change happens at the local level through the support of colleagues and supervisors. A core group of leaders (formal or informal) should champion the change, inform designs, and be equipped with key messages, communications, and educational materials to guide their colleagues.
Change Analytics
- Measure readiness to change by assessing clear understanding of what is changing, when, and how the particular role will be impacted
- Measure adoption of new behaviours and skills to identify growth opportunities and success
- Thoughtfulness and brevity are key for data collection
